🏛 Course Overview

A-Level Dance develops students' understanding of the English legal system and how the law affects everyday life. AQA 8236 has two papers: Paper 1 (The Legal System, 50%, 1hr 45min) covering the English legal system, criminal law and law making; and Paper 2 (Law in Action, 50%, 1hr 45min) covering the law of tort, human rights and family law. Both papers test knowledge and understanding, application to legal scenarios, and evaluation of legal rules and principles.
